THE SECRETS OF LIFE (CORRECTION OF THE EXAM)


IF WE WANT TO BE HEALTHY WE HAVE TI DO 3 IMPORTANTS THINGS: EAT HEALTHY FOOD LIKE VEGETABLES, NOT JUNKFOOD, DRINK A LOT OF WATTER AND HAVE TO DO EXCERCIDES, PRECTIC APORTS AND WALK, BECAUSE OUR BODY NEEDS TO BE IN MOVEMENT.
AND THE LAST THING IS TO TAKE LIFE WITH CALM AND SLEEP WELL, OUR BODY NEEDS AROUND 8 HOURS FOR SLEEP. BUT HAVING HEALTHE DOSEN´T ALWAYS MEAN THAT WE HAVE HAPPINES.
IF WE WANT TO HAVE HAPPINES THE ONLY THING THAT WE HAVE TODO IS DO THE THINGS THAT WE HAVE TO DO, THIS  MEANS THAT WE HAVE TO HELP PEOPLE, HAVE A GREAT RELATION WITH GOD, MAKE AN EFFORD EACH DAY TO BECAME A BETTER PERSON, DEFEND JUSTICE, LOVE AND GOD.
WE DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE SAY, BECAUSE WITH THIS WAY TO LIVE WE WILL BE HAPPY FOREVER AND WE WILL TEACH OTHERS THE THINGS THAT ARE REALLY IMPORTANT.
THE BAD HABITS AFFECT A LOT IN OUR LIFE, LIKE FOR EXAMPLE THE PERSON THAT NEVER SLEEP EARLE, ALWAYS SHE OR HE WILL BE TIRED. THE ADDICTION AFFECT US AND DON´T ALLOW US TO BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY.
FOR ME THE BEST WAY TO BALANCE THE COMPONENTS OF OUR EXISTENCE IS ALWAYS THINK IN THE THINGS AND THE FORM TO MAKE HAPPY THE OTHERS AND MAKE THIS WORLD BETTER.
